Paulette Turner is a Consulting Partner with Mackenzie Eason’s Talent Metrics division. With a career spanning more than 30 years, she has extensive experience with administration, marketing, sales learning, sales operations and human resources.
In 2007, Paulette launched her own consulting firm, specializing in equipping leaders for the challenges of change through consulting on and leading organizational change initiatives, including the facilitation of leadership development workshops and executive coaching engagements. She is currently one of two Program Directors responsible for designing and delivering two comprehensive adult leadership programs for Leadership Fort Worth.
Paulette was also previously an executive with IBM, where she was responsible for leadership development and sales training for all sellers, sales managers and sales executives in IBM Americas.
Paulette currently serves as chapter chair for the Fort Worth Chapter of the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO), where she uses proven techniques to assist entrepreneurial women leading multi-million dollar businesses in enhancing their personal effectiveness and achieving business growth. She is the designer, developer and program deliverer of PATHS Forward®, a 9-month program in its seventh year of delivery on behalf of the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce (FWMBCC). The program prepares professional African-Americans for leadership and service in the Greater Fort Worth Metropolitan area.
She has also worked across industry segments as a featured speaker, workshop facilitator and/or executive coach. Her clients have included IBM Corporation, Lockheed Martin, Medical Clinic of North Texas, National African-American Women’s Leadership Institute, Nokia, OCG PR, Oncor, Kemp and Sons, First Command Financial Services Company, Rotary Club of Seattle, Brown Forman, the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, K Strategies, TinMan Enterprises, Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce, Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Fort Worth, The Junior Leagues of Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Oklahoma City, Perrone Pharmacy, Samaritan House, Steer Fort Worth, USMD, UT Arlington, Tarrant County College, Transport Workers Union, the U.S. Congressional Black Caucus, and Valassis Corporation.
An executive coach and certified facilitator, Paulette holds certifications in various methodologies including: the Center for Creative Leadership methodology for skill assessment; the M. J. Neeley School of Business for Executive Coaching; the Birkman Method for skill assessment; KornFerry assessment tools, ViaEdge® and Voices®; and in the facilitation of Peter Drucker’s “Five Most Important Questions”, which focuses on helping leaders in the social sector achieve breakthrough results.
