Sherpa Coaching Method and Philosophy
The Sherpa Executive Coaching model is a 12-week, process-driven coaching model that uses a six phase mod to help executives improve their positive impact on business. This is a deficit-based model that identifies that which motivates the client, the client’s weaknesses, and ultimately the client’s opportunities for improving business function. The process embraces Marshall Goldsmith’s notion that “what got you here won’t get you there.”
As a client-center model, the executive will keep a journal of observations and complete homework each week.
